Story

The action of Killing Time takes place in the 1940s. The plot focuses on an ancient artifact, the Thot's water clock, found by an expedition under the patronage of Tess Conway. The device was supposed to provide the owner with eternal life, which was a direct reason why the rich heiress decided to steal it and hide together with her partners in her property in Matinicus Isle, Maine.

The player takes on the role of a former Egyptian student, infiltrating Tess' headquarters at the order of Dr. Hargrove. His aim is to take back the artifact from the hands of the self-proclaimed owner. Unfortunately, Conway and her friends managed to perform a mysterious ritual on the night of the summer solstice - as a result, they were turned into monsters, undead, and spirits. The task ahead of us is to face the hordes of adversaries, solve the mystery behind these events and to find and destroy the clock itself.
