Just Dance 2023

Just Dance 2023 is the fourteenth installment of the best-selling dance game series. It was developed and released by Ubisoft, which supervise brand.

Mechanics

While playing Just Dance 2023, we dance to the rhythm of the songs included in the game, moving according to the cues displayed on the screen. Our dancing is continuously evaluated by a scoring system; the better we do, the more points we get. Depending on the platform, our movements are recorded by controllers (in the case of the Nintendo Switch release) or a special smartphone app (for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X/S versions).

Compared to the previous parts of the series, the game stands out not only due to new songs (among which we can find songs by such artists as Dua Lipa, Justin Bieber, Taylor Swift, Lady Gaga, Beyonce and Linkin Park), but also due to a refreshed interface. The latter has been prepared in such a way as to make creating your own playlists and dance sessions as easy as possible.

Game modes

Just Dance 2023 allows us to play alone or in multiplayer mode. We can play with other players locally or over the Internet.

Technical aspects

Just Dance 2023 does not introduce great changes in the visual layer. Graphics is made in a colorful, flashy style, and consist mainly of interface elements and visuals of characters dancing to individual songs.
