A continuation to the 2006 action game developed by Avalanche Studios. In the game, we learn the later fate of agent Rico Rodriguez, who set out on another dangerous mission; this time around, to Panau, an island in Southeast Asia. Just Cause 2 Description
Just Cause 2 for PC, X360 and PS3 is the second installment in the action game series that debuted back in 2006 and is developed by Avalanche Studios.
The protagonist of Just Cause 2 is Rico Rodriguez, an employee of an organization called the Agency, tasked with overthrowing a self-proclaimed government in the South America, as depicted in the events of Just Cause. This time around, the fearless agent sets out to South-east Asia, to the island of Panau, where another dangerous mission awaits.
As a main feature, Just Cause 2 lets us freely explore a vast tropical island, offering an area equivalent of roughly one thousand square kilometres. The island features several different environments (including jungles, deserts, or snowy mountain peaks) as well as realistic weather effects. Of course, this extensive location can be travelled in by whichever means we choose: Rico can run, swim, move using land, naval, and flying vehicles, or by parachute. Much like its predecessor, Just Cause 2 does not impose any particular questing order on us. Instead, it allows us to play the story as we see fit.
Just Cause 2 for PC, X360 and PS3 offers completely new vehicles and a whole bunch of deadly weapons which Rico can use on his noble crusade. The developers have improved the car driving model, allowing the players to perform spectacular stunts.
