Jurassic World: Evolution: Complete Edition is the complete edition of the 2018 economic strategy, which was created by the Frontier Developments studio. The team founded by David Braben has in its portfolio such games as the highly popular Elite: Dangerous and the RollerCoaster Tycoon series, and above all Planet Coaster, which lends this production a lot of solutions and gameplay engine. Jurassic World: Evolution: Complete Edition includes a main game, complemented by three role-playing add-ons (Return to Jurassic Park, Claire's Sanctuary, Secrets of Dr Wu), four packs of dinosaurs and a collection of Raptor Team skins for the Velociraptors known from Jurassic World films.

Plot

Jurassic World: Evolution takes place in a universe created for the Jurassic Park and Jurassic World films. The game takes the players into the near future, when mankind has managed to develop a technology that allows the DNA of dinosaurs to be recreated from preserved samples and thus brought back to life. This led to the creation of the title Jurassic Park, a kind of zoo where people can see prehistoric reptiles with their own eyes.

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition Review - Dinotopia on Couch

There's nothing better than a little boring game that hits Switch. While on a PC or PS4 I wouldn't reach for Jurassic World Evolution, this game is perfect for short sessions.

Nintendo Life: 8 / 10 by PJ O'Reilly

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition on Switch is a feature-packed and surprisingly playable port of a hugely entertaining game that provides a ton of fun for fans of the genre and Jurassic Park nuts alike. There are undeniably problems in handheld where the visuals take a pretty big hit and the framerate does struggle here and there in docked but, if you can deal with these issues, you'll find one of the most straight-up fun management sim offerings currently available on Switch awaits. So, who's hungry?

Jurassic World Evolution: Complete Edition offers a huge wealth of content, and all of the dinosaur park building you could ever want, but the drop in visual quality to squeeze it onto the Switch will prove too much for some people.

Jurassic World Evolution claims a victory of sorts in being the best "big-budget" simulator currently available on Nintendo Switch, though it cruised through there on the back of the port of Cities: Skylines being less than ideal. The fact that the game has a deep library of DLC built into the package certainly boosts its value, and when the only other options are the indies like Project Highrise or ports of the old Rollercoaster Tycoon titles, it's nice to have an option like Evolution for on-the-go play, though I am hoping that the port of Tropico 6 - a much more complex and detail-orientated simulator - proves to be the big one for the console. Jurassic World Evolution is enjoyable, but a little too simple to hit the peaks of the genre.
