Another part of a series of computer simulators of military nature, launched in the late 1980s by Velocity (developer of, among others, FPS and cRPG hybrids from 1996 entitled "Strife").

Introduction

The United States is under attack! The barricades have failed miserably and the enemy is at large everywhere. Nobody had foreseen such a large-scale attack, or such brutal force! Major cities have been conquered and citizens everywhere have fled in panic or died in resistance... as a last desperate attempt, the president calls on the US Air Force...

'Jetfighter V' is a 3D air combat action simulation set in the environment of California and Nevada, including Grand Canyon, Los Angeles and Las Vegas. Actual satellite images have been implemented to add to the realism of the game, and provide extraordinary ground detail.

'Jetfighter V' offers a realistic and action-packed gameplay, with over 30 missions to complete and 3 officially licensed airplanes.
