Jet Kave Adventure is a platform action game in which we play the role of a caveman equipped with a jet pack; the protagonist's task is to deal with an alien intending to erupt a volcano in order to repair his damaged ship.

Jet Kave Adventure is a platform action game developed by the independent Polish studio 7LEVELS, the team responsible for a similar game fro m 2018, called Castle of Heart.

Plot

Jet Kave Adventure takes us on a journey to an alternative version of the Stone Age. An alien, whose ship has been damaged intends to cause a volcanic eruption on a picturesque island so that he can repair his vessel. He can be confronted only by the title Kave, the leader of the tribe which inhabits this section of land, who was banished by his own people. The hero accidentally comes into possession of a jet pack; by defeating an alien, he may return to the graces of his people.

Mechanics

In Jet Kave Adventure, the action is shown from the side. Across the game's thirty-six different stages, we jump on platforms and solve simple environmental puzzles (mainly moving objects). The aforementioned jet pack is indispensable especially during exploration, as it enables the protagonist to get to high places, break through walls or cover long distances in the air.

In addition, combat plays an important role here. Thirty types of adversaries stand in our way, among them powerful bosses like a huge mammoth. Battles involve not only beating enemies with a club but also skillfully using the jetpack; for example, Kave can fly into the air and then impetuously hit the ground, dealing damage to nearby enemies. As we progress, we make various improvements to meet the caveman's growing challenges.
