Ivan Stewart's Ironman: Off Road Racing Description
Ironman: Super Off Road is an off-road car race on a specially prepared track, named after Ivan Stewart, one of the most outstanding drivers in this type of competition. The game has a typical arcade character and looks like the former Amiga hit called Skidmarks.
There are four players, three of which can be controlled by players. All routes are presented in isometric projection and fit entirely on the screen. The main task of the player is of course to defeat the opponents and reach the finish line of the rally first. In addition to the arcade aspects, the game also has an economic theme. For completing the rally we get a certain amount of money, which can be spent later in the shop on several facilities, which make it easier to move on the muddy track (tires, turbocharging, shock absorbers or increasing the maximum speed of the vehicle). The use of these benefits is, of course, highly advisable, although the opponents of the specially talented do not belong to them and can be defeated by minimal means. Bonuses also occur directly on the track.
Ironman: Super Off Road is an interesting proposition for all car racing fans, especially those who prefer fun over realism. Pleasant graphic design, good sound and the ability to play games with up to three people on one computer place this product high in the ranking of games similar in terms of genre.
