A platform action game that takes us to a colorful but dangerous world. Itorah is a side-scroller and during the game we run ahead, dealing with field obstacles and taking part in dynamic fights with the adversaries.
Itorah is a platform action game that focuses on fighting with enemies. The game was developed by independent studio Grimbart Tales.
Plot
Itorah takes us on a journey to the fantastic land of Nahucan. The game world, in which people are only a memory, is inhabited by masked beings. The heroine of this game is Itorah, who as the last man tries to discover the secrets of the past in order to find out what fate has met humanity. Additionally, it is her responsibility to save the world of Nahucan, whose fate hanged by a thread with the appearance of a mysterious black plague.
Mechanics
Itorah is the side-scrolling game. The adventure leads through dense forests, gloomy dungeons, mountain peaks and forgotten temples. By travelling through these colorful locations, we jump over chasms and avoid numerous field obstacles, as well as face our enemies. The fights are dynamic, and you have to show agility and reflexes. Standard enemies are not a big problem for Itorah, who can both attack in close combat (using a big axe) and keep them at a safe distance (thanks to long-range attacks). From time to time, however, the protagonist has to face powerful bosses with great strength and high resistance to damage.
Technical aspects
The graphic design of Itorah game has been maintained in a colorful, cartoon-like style. The gameplay is accompanied by a soundtrack creating the atmosphere of a great adventure full of dangers.

Hand-drawn Platform Game ITORAH Announced
Grimbart Tales Studio and Assemble Entertainment have announced ITORAH, a classic 2D action platformer with hand-painted visuals. The game is scheduled to debut later this year.
