In order to achieve this goal, they must gather and process resources and then use them to create goods. The player must also construct buildings, optimize the work of factories and make sure that the workers are happy – all of that while balancing the budget.

Industries of Titan is an economy strategy game with some real-time war strategy game features. It was developed for PC by Brace Yourself Games, the creators of Crypt of the NecroDancer.
Plot
The game takes place in a distant future, when humanity began to aggressively colonize the Solar System. Industries of Titan takes place on Titan, the largest moon of Saturn. The player is tasked with building an industrial city filled with factories.
Mechanics
Industries of Titan released on PC is a real-time economic strategy game. At first the player has access to a few buildings, but as time passes by the settlement is transformed into a great metropolis. The player must create production processes that include gathering resources, processing them and then using the outcome resources for constructing new buildings and creating goods. The needs of the workers must be taken care of as well. The key to success lies in balancing all of these aspects while also generating profits.
While these aspects are typical for economic strategy games, Industries of Titan expands them with a strong military aspect. The player’s company is only one of a few corporations present on Titan. The player must compete with them, frequently in direct battles.
To stay alive, player must construct battle ships that are able to fight the competition. Each unit is manually designed by selecting the placement of weapons, shields, engines and other pieces. The goal is to minimize the weaknesses of the machine while achieving the greatest firepower. The competition can be also weakened through political actions. They can be also defeated by gaining great technological or economical advantage.
