In Incredible Mandy we observe the action from third-person perspective. The main element of the game is exploration; in the course of the game, we visist the picturesque coastlines, deep canyons, high mountains, and finally claustrophobic corridors. The hero can not only jump but also climb elements of the environment, so that he can avoid traps and obstacles and get to inaccessible places.

In addition, it is important to solve environmental puzzles, during which the protagonist must creatively use the sword known as Excalibur of Light, summoned by the magical replacement of his lost hand. Of course, this weapon is also used to fight enemies; each of them guards access to a memory of the siblings and symbolizes their specific fears. Fights with opponents take place in real-time, and the key to success is not only avoiding enemy attacks but also carefully observing their behavior in search of weak points.

Incredible Mandy features three-dimensional visuals adopting cartoonish style and enriched with many colors. In the game we are accompanied by an atmospheric soundtrack.
