The computers of the three largest powers in the world at that time - Russia, China and the United States - took control of nuclear resources and led to the extinction of humanity. The population of more than six billion people has been reduced to five in a matter of days. The main computer of the AM, traps the survivors and grazes over them. He creates virtual worlds in which each of them has to face his worst fears and weaknesses.

I Have No Mouth, and I Must Scream is a classic adventure game based on Harlan Ellison's bestselling novel. This gentleman also contributes to the electronic adaptation of his work, as he developed a script and gave voice to the AM computer. The player chooses one of the five imprisoned heroes and starts a traditional adventure in one of the virtual worlds. Although at first nothing indicates that this is the case, in order to complete the game, it is necessary to solve the problems of all the heroes - their fates, although seemingly different, are closely related. The game is unique in every respect. The brutal and harsh climate, as well as the story, which gradually raises tension, should appeal to all maniacs of futuristic thrillers. Depending on how humane the player is, it is possible to obtain several alternative endings.

The program is characterized by solid graphics in high resolution and building a specific atmosphere of music. The interface is reminiscent of the early work of LucasArts and consists of eight commands that we can give to our hero. In addition to the traditional ones, such as moving, lifting or using objects, there is also the original swallow option, which will have its five minutes during the game.
