A horror action-adventure game and a debut project of the independent team at Monsters studio. Hybris puts us in the role of a small boy who ends up lost in a dark and dangerous forest after he wandered off away from his parents, and his objective is to get out.

Plot
The game lets us take control of a small boy who wandered off from his parents when they were arguing. He ends in a dark city and quickly realizes he must get out of it.
Game mechanics
Creators of Hybris combined elements of classic adventure titles with modern arcade mechanics. Our character can only move in two dimensions like in classic platformers, with gameplay focusing on exploring the world, solving puzzles, avoiding obstacles and occasional fights with enemies.
Technical aspects
Despite its two-dimensional gameplay, Hybris for PC uses three-dimensional visuals, greatly assisted by soundtrack of Austin Wintory – the composer of music to titles like flOw and Journey. The second of this title earned him Grammy award.
