Hoyle Puzzle and Board Games 2012 is a production of Encore Software studio addressed to fans of traditional board and logic games. The title allows you to familiarize yourself with their official rules, and improve your skills by competing with computer artificial intelligence or living opponents.

Players can try their hand at more than 1000 varieties of popular board games and puzzles. They include chess, checkers, dominoes, tricycles, ships and mahjong, but also less known in Poland - panic, time breaker or pachisi.

During the game the player can personalize the appearance of their avatar using a simple editor. In single player mode, there are 10 AI-controlled rivals, each with a different personality and style of play. There is also an option to duel live opponents over the Internet.

From the technical side Hoyle Puzzle and Board Games 2012 is based on solutions known from other Hoyle games. The common denominators are, among others, a simple and legible user interface and an aesthetically designed visual binding combining elements of 2 and 3D graphics.
