House Flipper: Garden Flipper

Garden Flipper is an expansion to a simulation game called House Flipper. Similarly to the base version of the game, this add-on was developed by Empyrean studio and released by PlayWay, a company specializing in working on games representing this particular genre.

Mechanics

As the title suggests, in House Flipper: Garden Flipper players leave the four walls of the renovated houses to take care of various gardens in order and sell them with profit.

This tedious process starts with removing rubbish, cutting grass (and, if necessary, planting it again), cutting down unnecessary trees, and uprooting weeds. Only then players can take care of marking out paths, planting plants (the list of which includes flowers, trees, and shrubs), as well as setting up various decorations and furniture such as tables, deckchairs or swimming pools. Moreover, the creators allow players to build all kinds of constructions - from cottages and slides for children, through dog kennels, to spacious gazebos.

In addition to the assignments that players deal with as part of the orders, they also have to take care of their own garden, which they can arrange according to individual preferences.

Technical aspects

Garden Flipper is a not a stand-alone DLC, so it requires a base version of the game in order to work.
