An expansion for the popular house renovation simulator from 2018. House Flipper: Dine Out allows us to start our restaurant and prepare meals for our guests. One of the novelties in this expansion is also the option to rent the houses we've renovated.
House Flipper: Dine Out is another expansion to the popular house renovation simulator from 2018. The development of this add-on was handled by the Polish studio Frozen Way.
Mechanics
House Flipper: Dine Out introduces a number of new mechanics that allow us to play the role of an aspiring chef. We have the opportunity to create our own restaurant. For the needs of this project, we have been provided with a more accurate tool for arranging furniture. We can precisely plan the layout of the object. In addition, an option to decorate tables with tablecloths was also implemented.
Our restaurant will also need an appropriate logo. Therefore, a tool has been made available to us that will allow us to create such. We can modify the logo, choosing from different backgrounds and fonts.
Cooking meals for the customers of our restaurant is also important. For this purpose, we will need to use a device known as the Universal Cooker - all we have to do is choose one of the 30 available dishes and press the button.
The add-on also introduces 10 completely new houses for renovation and 800 items. Additionally, a completely new option has been introduced in property management. Thanks to the add-on, instead of selling the houses, we can rent them. How high the rent can be depends on its size and decor.
Technical aspects
House Flipper: Dine Out is a non-standalone add-on and requires the base game to run.
