Holiday World

Holiday World is an economic strategy from the Island Games studio. In this product we are given the role of holiday resort manager, and our main task - as in almost every tycoon - is to earn money under the pretext of meeting customers' desires. This time our services are used by holidaymakers, visiting three different locations - the resort located by the sea, a wild safari and an underwater amusement park.

In order to satisfy more than 30 types of tourists, we need to create the right conditions for their existence. For this purpose, we use numerous attractive buildings - hotels (three, four and five-star), restaurants, pyramid imitations, temples and even opera buildings. In total, we can erect 60 types of buildings, attracting people not only with their appearance, but also with their functionality. Thanks to this, we meet the most frequent needs of holidaymakers, which are divided into five categories: food, recreation, entertainment, sport and adventure. Of course, for the proper functioning of our centre it is also necessary to have qualified staff - architects, animators, advisors or observers who check how our clients enjoy themselves. In addition, we need to ensure proper communication in the resorts, signing a contract with a taxi company or renting several jeeps to move around the safari.
