Hexic 2 is a continuation of the popular logic game with Xbox Live, whose creator is the famous Alexey Pajitnov (known among others as the "father" of Tetris). The first part of Hexic was available for free to all those who decided to buy Xbox 360 as a Premium version (i.e. with a hard drive). In the meantime, Sequel can be downloaded for an appropriate number of points from the Xbox Live Arcade service.
Building on the success of Hexic HD, Hexic™ 2 brings all-new pieces to the board and a new multiplayer mode, so you can compete with friends in your living room or over Xbox LIVE®.
The basic gameplay is straightforward, familiar, and addictive—just spin a trio of hexes to create a group of three or more matching colors, or build a formation of hexes to create more advanced pieces.
