Hellbound

Hellbound is a first person shooter developed by Saibot Studios from Argentine. The developer is known from Doorways: The Underworld. The title in question is a completely different venture, as it is inspired by classic first person shooters such as Doom, Quake, or Duke Nukem 3D.

Mechanics

In Hellbound, we assume the role of a powerful human fighting against demons. The story is just a pretext to send millions of monsters back where they belong. The gameplay is fast and adrenaline-inducing, and requires agility. During the battles, we make use of various weapons such as rifles, shotguns, or miniguns. To survive, we need to move constantly. Most of the time, we face at least a few beasts at once, so the player has to avoid their attacks and fire hundreds of rounds in the direction of his opponents.

Game Modes

The initial release of the game offered only the Survival mode in which the player faces waves of incoming opponents. As the time progressed, the game offered new modes of gameplay – single and multiplayer.

Technical Aspects

Hellhound is a game characteristic for its dark and brutal visuals. The opponents bleed heavily or are dismembered thanks to sheer power of our weapons.
