A dynamic action game simulating clashes of combat walking machines. Unlike other games of this type, we sit at the helm of machines of quite small size, which are more like oversized personal armour than giant mosses. The game offers a large variety of missions, including battles in space.
Heavy Gear 2 is another game in which combat robots are used for fighting (Unlike the Mechawarrior series, however, the machines here are a bit smaller, but equipped with the possibility of melee fighting). The game is distinguished by the efforts of the developed graphical engine.
The plot of the game refers to the conflict between colonists from the planet Terra Nova and the Earthlings. As you can easily guess, both sides are using combat robots. Your task as commander of the Terran forces is to defend yourself against invasive forces. In front of you there are a number of different missions on the way to final victory.
