Hazel Sky is an action adventure game in which we play Shane - a young engineer specializing in building and repairing flying machines, who tries to survive in an unknown place. The game was developed by Coffee Addict Studio (creators of Blade & Bones). The publisher is Another India company.

Plot

The main character of Hazel Sky is Shane - a young boy from the flying city of Gideon, who has to pass a test to become a fully-fledged engineer. As part of the test, he goes to an island where he meets a girl named Erin. The relationship that is established between them will forever change the way the young man perceives the world.

Mechanics

In Hazel Sky, we observe the action from a third-person perspective ( TPP). The game is based primarily on exploring the island - we can run, jump, climb and use the rope. It is also important to discover the script and follow the relationship between the two main characters.

Moving around the map we find traces of Shane's predecessors - people who were sent to an identical test (some coped with it, others did not). We also get all kinds of information about the residents of Gideon. During the adventure we also find various types of objects, including parts that allow us to build flying machines or repair those found by us. We can fly with repaired machines.

Game modes

In Hazel Sky, we can only play alone. The main game mode is a feature campaign.

Technical aspects

Hazel Sky has beautiful three-dimensional graphics. The designs of the characters and the game environment are not extremely realistic here - instead, they resemble something that can be found on the pages of a comic book or in an animated film. Nevertheless, the details of the surroundings and spectacular scenery make a positive impression on the player.
