Hard Drivin' is a PeCet conversion of the famous Atari game, which appeared on coin-up machines in 1989. The product allows you to play the role of a sports car driver, racing against time on a specially prepared route.

Before starting the competition we only decide on the choice of gearbox (automatic or traditional), the program does not offer any other options. The route is only one, but it consists of two arms: one designed for fast driving to beat speed records and the other - stunt where we will be able to drive our car through several complicated obstacles. The whole is reminiscent of the later Distinctive Software hit called Stunts, both the way the world and most of the objects are represented in Hard Drivin' is very similar.

We have a certain amount of time for each section of the route. If we manage to reach the checkpoint before the checkpoint expires, we will get several dozen additional seconds. Hard Drivin' gameplay never ends. We ride until we run out of time. Even crashes with other vehicles on the route do not have much influence on the action - in this case we watch a short repetition of the collision and again appear on the roadway.
