Game mechanics

In Happy's Humble Burger Farm we watch the action from a first person perspective (FPP). We have to deal with all the issues connected with running the restaurant. We serve customers, prepare their meals ourselves (we have to choose the ingredients ourselves and operate the kitchen equipment, so at first it's worth helping with the manual), pour drinks and give out orders. After finishing the shift we can leave the dingy restaurant and wander around the New Elysium. We can find here, among others, Steal 'n' Sell store, where we can spend the money we've earned or get extra cash by selling things found in the meantime. Besides, we collect special tokens, which we can spend on various improvements for the restaurant, which can speed up our work a bit.

Speaking of work speed - while the first shifts go relatively smoothly, soon things start to get complicated. There are more and more customers, their orders are more difficult to fulfill, in the restaurant there are various random events (such as fires), and on top of that we are visited by increasingly strange and dangerous people. All this makes it easy to make a mistake or delay your order. After the third such violation of the rules we have a much bigger problem, because Happy the Humble Heifer, which is the mascot of the restaurant, drastically changes its face and starts chasing after us to punish us. Instead of fighting her in a conventional way, we have to avoid her attacks, while feeding her helpers and in this way try to appease her.

Game modes

In Happy's Humble Burger Farm there are two game modes. In addition to the story module, there is an endless mode to check out, where we can focus solely on running a restaurant.

Technical aspects

Graphics of Happy's Humble Burger Farm is in climatic, dingy style modeled on games from the first PlayStation. We can listen to the soundtrack and radio broadcasts and various TV programs.
