GP vs Superbike
Release Date: May 31, 2008
Racing, Formula 1, motorbike, splitscreen, multiplayer, singleplayer
GP vs Superbike is an arcade simulation of races involving Formula 1 cars and Superbike motorcycles. Players have the opportunity to run both types of machines on their own and see which of them will be faster in the struggle on 11 virtual tracks. Thanks to the efforts of the local distributor, IQ Publishing, the game has been released in our country in the Polish language version.
GP vs Superbike is a proposition for high speed enthusiasts, who for generations have been wondering what's faster - two or four wheels? In response to this question, the creators of the game combined racing cars modeled on Formula 1 cars and Superbike class motorcycles in a unique, high-octane mixture.
The player has the opportunity to check out which machines perform better on the track by playing the role of a driver or a motorcyclist. Competition can be fought against a living competitor (on a split screen) or opponents controlled by computer artificial intelligence.
The game offers 4 modes of fun, allowing you to race on 11 virtual tracks with the use of 23 cars and motorcycles with modifiable technical parameters. The creators also took care of changing weather conditions, 6 settings of difficulty level and physics of driving requiring considerable skills.
GP vs Superbike has a three-dimensional graphical environment, but the game's visuals are far from contemporary standards and the quality of the workmanship leaves a lot to be desired.
