The first expansion for Gord, a strategy survival game set in a dark Slavic mythology world. Gord: The Alliance continues the main story from the base game, introducing 5 new large missions, 2 biomes and 3 new types of Horrors, as well as a brand new mechanic of taming monsters.
Gord: The Alliance is an expansion to the strategy game with survival elements, released in August 2023, titled Gord. It's set in a dark fantasy world drawing from Slavic mythology. The add-on was developed by the authors of the base version, namely the independent Polish studio Covenant.dev.
Plot
Gord: The Alliance continues the plots started in the original. During the game, we have to face the Calanthians, negotiate with the Horrors, and form alliances with other creatures. All this in order to be able to stand face to face with the royal general and try to regain your lands.
Mechanics
The biggest new feature introduced in Gord: The Alliance is the story campaign, which consists of five extensive missions. Completing the DLC takes about ten hours. In addition, the expansion brings a new mechanic in the form of taming monsters. The add-on also introduces two new biomes and three Horrors that we encounter during the game.

Gord: The Alliance is a non-standalone DLC, so it requires the base game Gord to run.
