Golf Clash is a mobile golf simulator that focuses on competing with other players. This title won the Game of the Year 2018 - Mobile Game Awards and Game of the Year - TIGA Awards. The title was developed by Playdemic, a studio known from Gang Nations and Gourmet Ranch.

Mechanics

Golf Clash is a simplified golf simulator - our goal is, of course, to land the ball into the hole. The basics of the game are easy to learn, but mastering requires a lot of effort. The game takes place in real-time. The action is observed from the perspective of the first person. Using the touch screen we choose the angle and strength of impact and then follow the flight of the ball. As the game progresses, we will unlock more clubs and balls, as well as golf courses of varying difficulty levels. The latter are also affected by changing weather conditions.

Game modes

Golf Clash offers multiplayer mode only. We can play with strangers or challenge our social network friends. Interestingly, during the game, we can comment on the match using a chat and special emotes. The game offers both 1v1 and tournaments.

Technical aspects

Golf Clash features average three-dimensional visuals. Golf courses are devoid of details and look rather austere.
