Goat of Duty Description
Goat of Duty is a dynamic shooter in which players take on the role of mutated goats, equipped with a variety of weapons and fighting each other for survival. The game was created by 34BigThings, also known for their other original games, such as Mars or Die and Hyperdrive Massacre.
Plot
Goat of Duty is a game without a plot, as it aims at simplicity; the main characters of the game are armed goats, for some reason willing to murder their entire species.
Mechanics
Goat of Duty is a dynamic shooter observed from the third-person perspective, where players take on the role of a goat. This one is agile, fast, can jump high, and shoots with all sorts of weapons. One won't find any special modifications or wigs to get here, because the game focuses on the old-school approach to the genre, where the only thing that matters is the player's skill.
Although the creators have abandoned the modifications that affect the course of the game, there are some that change the appearance of a goat, so that everyone can stand out with the help of many accessories and costumes in the game. Players gain access to these modifications when leveling the characters by gaining experience points. Players get these depending on the number of headshots, kill streak, and the total number of deaths and kills.
Game modes
The game is designed for both single player and multiplayer, but with more emphasis on latter one. Multiplayer experience is divided into four modes (including classic and team deathmatch), in which players can enjoy the game in the company of up to 10 others. All of this takes place on a variety of detailed maps, each one forcing you to adopt a different style of play. One gets to visit a futuristic farm, a well, a medieval village, a spaceship, and even deserts and mountains.
Technical aspects
Goat of Duty is a 3D game full of vivid colors, with a significant dose of bloodshed.
