Go! Go! Island Rescue is an arcade 2D platformer, produced by Vivid Games, a development studio in Bydgoszcz. The player directs the actions of Robbie's firefighter and his hosts who, on a tropical volcanic island, are trying to prevent a variety of catastrophes that the crazy Darwinists bring together.

Go! Go! Island Rescue is an offer of Vivid Games studio addressed to lovers of classic, arcade 2D platformers. The game is designed for Nintendo DS users and takes advantage of the technical capabilities of this hardware platform.

Action Go! Go! Island Rescue was settled on a picturesque island, where firefighter Robbie and his friends went on a short holiday. Unfortunately, the heroes were not allowed to rest. The crazy Darwin family, who have come here, has a lot of problems. Brave firefighters must prevent further disasters and even face the volcano.

As befits an old-style platformer, the events are shown from a side perspective. The player directs the actions of Robbie and other firefighters, and his main task is to save the Darwins from inevitable death. This requires not only skillful running and jumping on platforms, but also the use of various mechanisms and devices, including ladders and fire engines.
