Globey: On The Roll! is a joint project of Engine Software and Reactor Entertainment. The developers' ambition was to create a game that would combine the features of a flipchart and arcade production in the style of Ponga.
The plot takes players to the fantastic land of Dragon's Land. For years, dragons took care of its inhabitants, unfortunately, one day a band of bad trolls managed to capture and imprison legendary reptiles. He wanted one of them to remain unnoticed - Globey cut off his nap and slept through the attack. Determined to liberate his brethren, the friendly dragon follows in the footsteps of the kidnappers.
A good fairy helps Globey in his mission to save the imprisoned reptiles - this role is played by the player. Her task is to skillfully steer a dragon, who has an unusual skill - she doesn't swarm with fire, but she can turn around destroying most of the obstacles on her way. The basic difficulty is that the rolling Globey resembles an inert ball. So we should carefully choose the force and direction of every motion. In addition, the fairy has limited power, and once exhausted, she can no longer control the dragon's actions.
The creators have prepared 100 highly diversified boards, on which you can encounter various obstacles and bonuses. Additionally, while rolling Globey can collect jewels, and after gathering at least 250 buy access to an additional level.
Globey: On The Roll! is characterized by a simple but aesthetically pleasing visual setting. Two-dimensional graphics in the game is maintained in cartoon style. Feature interludes in the form of book illustrations attract attention.
