Known from PS2 music game, in which, in addition to playing with music, you should also fight against opponents, came to the PSP console. The new version of this musical fight is very similar to the version from PlayStation 2, because the concept remained the same. For the next 10 levels we have to beat more and more difficult opponents in the tact of pleasant music. Control has also remained similar, although new players may have some difficulty in mastering the control system at first. Luckily, there's a guide mode that lets you learn to control quickly. The fight looks quite simple - rivals face each other and play such pieces of music and blows to deprive the opponent of energy. In practice, this is more difficult due to the original control system. Completion of the game allows you to turn on Master Mode, which is a mode in which time flows much faster and requires more dexterity, which allows you to enjoy the game for longer.
The plot is as follows. We play the role of a boy with such an original name U-1, who turns out to be the last Guitar Man on Earth. Nobody else, like his talking dog Puma, informs him about it. It turns out that individuals called Gravillians have in their evil plans to seize all the guitars of the world and master it. Of course, U-1 as the last hope of mankind must oppose these plans and with this dog begins his adventure.
Just like in the original version, also in the PSP version we have a multiplayer mode at our disposal. We can fight against another player (VS mode) or together with them in a duet (Duet mode) compete with Artificial Intelligence. In multiplayer mode we can play with characters other than U-1. Compared to the PS2 version, there are also two new songs that make the gameplay more enjoyable (new compared to the NTSC version, because the PAL version on PS2 had these tracks) - together there are 12 lively songs in the game.
