Ghostwire: Tokyo - Prelude is a free visual novel, which is a prequel to the game Ghostwire: Tokyo. It was developed by Tango Gameworks and published by Bethesda Softworks.
Plot
Action of Ghostwire: Tokyo - Prelude takes place in the title city, some time before events presented in Ghostwire: Tokyo. The protagonist of the game is KK - a detective gifted with supernatural powers, who, together with his team, investigates a case of a mysterious disappearance. The protagonist and his crew quickly find themselves on the trail of a much bigger intrigue.
We have a chance to get to know KK and his friends, as well as to learn more about the protagonist's powers and a mysterious masked figure known as Hannya. The story told in the game has many ramifications and if we want to know them all, we have to finish the adventure several times.
Game mechanics
The gameplay in Ghostwire: Tokyo - Prelude doesn't differ from what we are used to from other visual novels. We mainly follow the plot, talk and make various decisions. As we progress, we build relationships between KK and his team, and our actions influence the course of the story.
