Just Dance 2017

Just Dance 2017 for PC, PS4 and etc. is the next installment of the very popular series of dance/music games in which the players can feel like professional dancers who are performing on the largest scenes in the world. The title was created by the inside developer of Ubisoft, a giant French corporation which has been expanding the series for many years.

Mechanics

The basic gameplay mechanics in Just Dance 2017 for PC, PS4 and etc. remain unchanged in comparison to previous installments of the series. During the game players must rhythmically repeat the movements of the dancers shown on the screen. The system is grading player’s achievements and technique in real time, deciding how many points he will receive. The developers added a new gameplay mode – Just Dance Machine – which challenges players with new tasks like performing a dance in one of classic styles such as flamenco, ballet and Kankan.

The title contains a few dozen of popular music hits – some of them are classic songs and some are the most popular hits of recent years. 40 different songs can be heard in the game, including:

Technical aspects

Just Dance 2017 for PC, PS4 and etc. supports a dedicated smartphone app which transforms the phone into a movement controller. It means that one can play the game without having such devices like PlayStation Move or Kinect. The title also uses the Just Dance Unlimited service which contains a library of more than 200 songs that can be downloaded for additional fee.
