An enhanced edition of Race Driver: GRID - a game developed by Codemasters and released in 2008. The enhanced edition was created specifically for console users. The game does not bring any changes to the visuals or gameplay mechanics of the original product.

Race Driver: GRID Reloaded Description

Race Driver: GRID Reloaded is the resumption of the fourth installment of the cycle Race Driver, developed by the British company Codemasters. In case of the PlayStation 3 version, the game has been extended with free access to two DLC add-ons (in the form of a code to be entered within PlayStation Network, thus opening access to the relevant files).

The first one is Prestige Pack. It consists of the Australian Bathrust track and ten additional cars: F430 GTC, Bugatti Veyron, Ferrari F575 GTC, Mercedes SLR McLaren 722, Lotus 2-Eleven, Lamborghini Gallardo GT, Mazda Furai, Jaguar XKR GT3, Honda Integra Type-R (DC5) and Lamborghini Gallardo LP560-4.

The second addition is the 8 Ball Pack containing cars for online racing and Race Day mode. Among the toys that we can place in a virtual garage is included: McLaren F1 GTR, TVR Cerbera Speed 12, Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution X, Honda S2000, Nissan GT-R (S-G2008), VW Nardo, Pontiaca Firebird and Volvo C30. Additionally, two additional events dedicated to online gameplay were made available in the DLC.

With these two details Race Driver: GRID Reloaded does not differ from the basic edition of the game. In the production of Codemasters, we can therefore continue our extensive career in which we fight on the roads of American cities, race on the most famous European race tracks, and drift on the streets of Japan. There are a number of single player and multiplayer modes at the player's disposal. The game is based on the advanced graphical engine EGO Engine.

Race Driver / GRID Series

The cult series of video games dedicated to the theme of car racing. It was created and is still being developed by the British company Codemasters Software. To date, eleven major installments of the series have been released, which has changed its title and formula a couple of times during its long history. Initially, it became famous for its high level of realism (unattainable, for example, for the competitive Gran Turismo), later its hallmark became a huge variety of available routes, vehicles and motorsport disciplines (from all forms of traditional rivalry on asphalt, through drifting, to rallying), as well as an advanced destruction model. It currently stands out from the competition with its aggressive artificial intelligence and exciting, unpredictable races.
