Fury of the Furries is an arcade-logic game, in which we play the role of one of the title furries. Our task is to get through all the lands of the planet Sklumph, free the kidnapped king and turn off the infernal machine, which turned the remaining inhabitants into mindless marionettes.
The action of the game takes place on the planet Sklumph, inhabited by small creatures called Tiny. Probably their lives would have continued without any major problems if it had not been for the insidious intentions of one of the representatives of the race, who wanted to become the new ruler of the land and enslave his brethren....
Fury of the Furries is an arcade and logic game in which we play the role of one of the title furs. Our task will be to wade through all the lands of the planet Sklumph, free the kidnapped king and switch off the hellish machine, which turned the surviving inhabitants into thoughtless puppets. The program offers 8 graphically diverse sceneries (desert, lagoon, forest, pyramids, mountains, factory, village and castle) consisting of ten stages each, which gives a total of 80 boards in which, in addition to high manual skills, you will also have to demonstrate the possession of gray cells.
The fur that we manage can take on four characters with unique abilities that are inaccessible to others. Thus, the yellow manor can shoot with a magical bullet, the green one can use the rope and overcome all obstacles in flight, the blue one can swim and the red one can bite into what some rock formations. Of course, this does not mean that the above skills will occur at every stage - as a rule, the opposite is true and you have to cope with what is currently given to us. Although the game is typically arcade at first, there are various logical tasks in the later boards: you have to move some stones, and then unblock the flow of water or sand in order to create a passage, etc. The game has to be played in the future. Riddles are not the most difficult ones, but they introduce interesting variety and certainly their presence is a big advantage of the program. Fury of the Furries has actually only one drawback. The state of the game can only be saved after passing five consecutive stages, which can be a nuisance for demanding final boards.
Audiovisual is at a decent level and can certainly be enjoyed. It is worth paying attention to the brilliant images symbolizing successive lands, which are maintained in a humorous convention.
