Frontierrland is an economic strategy that takes players to the legendary Wild West at a time when the east and west coasts of America were to be connected by rail. The player becomes the brain of this complex project. The whole gameplay is divided into a number of combined missions (Unlike Railroad Tycoon series, each mission takes place on a small section of the main map). In each of them we face more and more difficult challenges, with the result of the previous one influencing the next one. We need to provide the basic materials necessary for the construction of the railway route (tracks, joists, boards, etc.), employ the best engineers, managers and skilled workers, as well as providing them with food and a decent wage. However, this is not enough to build the longest railway line in the world. Hundreds of miles of wildernesses full of robbers and criminals and very aggressive competition are ahead of us. The player must provide protection against these dangers. The game contains a number of financial, economic and technical dependencies. For example, in order to deliver the boards to the construction site, lumberjacks have to be hired to cut down the trees. Then transport the wood to the warehouse, from here to the sawmill to cut the logs into planks. Finally, the boards should be dried so that they do not rot later and delivered to the construction site. The whole action is presented in full 3D.
