Forever Lost Description
Forever Lost is a classic episodic adventure game released on PC, AND and iOS. The game is maintained in a horror atmosphere. The project was developed by Glitch Games studio.
Plot
The hero wakes up in an unfamiliar place without memory of how he got here. After a short visit to several rooms, the hero realizes that he was imprisoned in a psychiatric hospital, and what is worse, the only inhabitants of the facility are the ghosts of tormented patients. His task is, of course, to find a way out before he joins the phenomena haunting the building.
Forever Lost includes three episodes. We slowly discover the history of the hospital through collected clues and notes left by both patients and medical staff.
Mechanics
The script, classic for the horror genre, is also accompanied by traditional gameplay mechanics. We observe the action from the first-person perspective, and the fun comes down to exploring the locations and solving puzzles.
The game features many puzzles. We may have to find and use the right objects, operate various mechanisms, or play mini-games testing our intellect and memory. Less experienced players can use the extensive system of hints.
The hero of Forever Lost is equipped with a camera. As a result, the player can take photos and comment on them. In this way, we can create our in-game diary, containing notes that will make it easier to complete subsequent puzzles.
