The next installment in a simulation games series previously known as Woodcutter Simulator. The game is a result of cooperation between the German UIG Entertainment company and a renowned game publisher Namco Bandai. This is the first part of the series that was designed for both PC and console players. Professional Lumberjack 2016 allows you to become a manager of a wood cutting company. Gameplay consists of two layers: simulation and economic.
Forestry 2017: The Simulation is the next installment of a series of simulators. Joindots and SilentFuture are responsible for developing the game. The 2017 edition appeared not only on PC, but also on home consoles.
Plot
In Forestry 2017: The Simulation, we play as the owner of a company dealing with tree felling. As the head of a team of professional woodcutters, we are also responsible for the proper identification of trees to be felled and their transport.
Mechanics
Forestry 2017: The Simulation is characterized by the mechanics typical for the series, in which you can distinguish between the simulation part and the economic part. In the simulation part, we drive various machines for cutting, processing and transporting wood. In the economic part, the earned money is invested in the development of our company and purchasing better machines - this has a direct impact on the pace and effectiveness of work.
Technical aspects
As for the technical aspects, Forestry 2017: The Simulation has average graphics, typical of most games from this genre. Although the 2017 edition looks a bit better than its predecessor, the limited budget is quite clearly visible.
