The third installment of a series of strategy games that allow you to face the effects of various disasters. We lead a fire brigade which, apart from "ordinary" firefighters, also includes sappers, medicine, biochemists and technical officers. In our actions we are supported by about 15 vehicles and special units, such as ambulances, helicopters, patrol boats or bulldozers.
Fire Department 3 is the next installment of the strategic struggle with the consequences of various disasters, prepared by Monte Cristo development studio. As you can see, the idea of putting the rescue services under the control of the player, with a focus on fire brigade, finds many supporters, so with them in mind developers have developed the ideas contained in the previous sections of the Fire Department.
Fire Department 3 puts the player at the head of the fire brigade, which, in addition to "ordinary" firefighters, includes sappers, medicine, biochemists and technical officers. As in the previous parts of the game, the situations presented during the game were created in cooperation with specialists and professional firefighters. The missions in which we participate are in most cases inspired by real events that have taken place in recent years. We are therefore fighting against the fire raging at a nuclear institute in Ukraine, we are taking part in a rescue operation under the English Channel, where a train collapsed, we are extinguishing forest fires and we are trying to mitigate the effects of a chemical catastrophe. The game consists of a total of 13 missions, which can be defeated alone or with the help of friends in multiplayer mode.
In our actions we are supported by about 15 vehicles and special units, such as ambulances, helicopters, patrol boats or bulldozers. Interestingly, the appearance of uniforms and vehicles varies depending on the location of the action, i.e. France, USA, England, Germany or Ukraine. Compared to previous parts of the game, Fire Department 3 has improved the quality of textures and visual effects. It is worth mentioning that the game can be played in one of three levels of difficulty: arcade, realistic and extreme, and for the supporters of multi-player games three additional maps have been prepared.
