Field of Glory: Swords and Scimitars Description
Based on Slitherine’s popular tabletop wargaming system by the same name, Field of Glory now comes to the PC in a faithful adaptation of this acclaimed miniatures wargame! Without the calculations and measurements required for a tabletop game of Field of Glory, the PC version accurately represents ancient and medieval combat where you make the important and fun decisions on the battlefield.
Now Field of Glory sets sail for “The Holy Lands” with yet another expansion, Field of Glory – Swords and Scimitars! Set during The Crusades in Outremer (“overseas”) in the 11th to 13th centuries AD, Swords and Scimitars comes with a hefty list of new available armies in addition to some exciting new features like Evade. The new Evade feature lets players set a unit’s level of aggression so that the unit can do anything from charging ferociously into battle to deftly dodging engagements to harassing the enemy! In addition, a new terrain type, Soft Sand, is now available to reflect the new geographical features facing both sides in the Outremer!
Remember you need Field of Glory to play any of the add-on packs!
