F.E.A.R. Combat

F.E.A.R. Combat is a free online FPS game which was made available by Monolith Productions in the middle of August 2006. The program is no different than the multiplayer mode of F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon, although it can be used without having the commercial version of the product.

F.E.A.R. Combat consists of every facility that Monolith Productions introduced to the multiplayer mode throughout almost a year of post-premiere development. We have 5 basic game modes at our disposal (Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, Capture the Flag, Elimination and Control) and another 5 in Slow Motion versions. The game also offers all weapons included in the original product as well as 19 maps, some of which are dedicated solely to a specific mode, for example: Capture the Flag. F.E.A.R. Combat offers a kind of a novelty, namely: the Punkbuster system which enhances the overall gaming experience by preventing all kinds of cheating.

The players who possess the original version of F.E.A.R.: First Encounter Assault Recon may compete with F.E.A.R. Combat after installing the 1.07 patch.
