Fate/Samurai Remnant is an action RPG about a magical competition in medieval Japan. Its most prominent feature is its arcade combat system. The game is part of the franchise started by Fate/Stay Night from 2004.

Fate/Samurai Remnant is a Japanese action RPG. It was developed by the Omega Force studio (known for games such as Hyrule Warriors: Age of Calamity and Persona 5 Strikers) and Kou Shibusawa (known for Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Romance of the Three Kingdoms XIV). Type-Moon, the company that started the entire franchise, was consulted throughout the game's development.

Plot

True to its title, the game is part of the Fate franchise, which originated in 2004 with Fate/stay night. The stories of all installments revolve around deadly tournaments, with a wish-granting magical Grail as the main prize. The participants are mages, summoning the greatest heroes from human history to fight in their stead.
