Farming Simulator 22: Premium Expansion

Farming Simulator 22: Premium Expansion is an expansion to the ninth installment in a series of farming simulators by a German studio GIANTS Software, responsible for developing the franchise since 2008.

Mechanics

One of the most important new features introduced in Premium Expansion is Zielonka, a new, lush, Central European map set in Poland. The list of available crops was expanded as well. After purchasing the DLC, players can start cultivating vegetables such as carrot, parsnip and red beet, which require special equipment like the Dewulf ZKIV harvester.

In addition to a new map and new production chains, the game also introduces over 35 new farming machines. Brands such as Gorenc, Agrio and WIFO make their debut here alongside Dewulf. The game also introduces new machines from already known manufacturers. These brands include BEDNAR, Fiat, SaMASZ, GRIMME and Kverneland.

Technical aspects

Farming Simulator 22: Premium Expansion is a non-standalone extension requiring the base game to function, retaining its 3D visuals. The DLC is available for the owners of the second year season pass, and players who have purchased the base game's Premium Edition. It is also available for separate purchase on the developer's official website.
