The fourth DLC pack for the sandbox role-playing game Fallout 4 developed by the experienced studio Bethesda Softworks. Fallout 4 is another installment of the cult RPG series, set in a post-apocalyptic world, slowly rebuilding after a devastating nuclear war.

Contraptions for PC, XONE and PS4 is the fourth DLC pack for the sandbox role-playing game Fallout 4. This small add-on does not introduce any new storylines or locations, but expands the crafting system. Like the other DLC packs, this one was developed by the well known Bethesda studio from the United States.
Mechanics
Contraptions features new scripts, devices, and mechanisms, which expand on the previously available building and crafting options. Thanks to such inventions as conveyor belts, you can now create mechanisms and traps by effectively using the game's physics model.
