Evolution is a product of Sydney Development from 1983, which, as the name suggests, takes up the subject of evolution. But don't expect any educational miracles. The game is a simple arcade game, and in addition, it approaches the matter in a very loose way - it is enough that the very fact that the amoeba will evolve, and its final character is a human being.
The game consists of six different stages, in which we will control different animals. We start with ameby, which avoiding bacteria, viruses and this type of assortment must collect all the cells scattered on the board. The second stage will allow us to play the role of a frog, immersed in the pond. Your task is to catch three flies, avoiding the fire of contact with fish. In the third level you will be able to drill corridors with your mouse. Snakes follow in the footsteps of a rodent. Before you are eaten, you have to find five pieces of cheese in the complicated labyrinth. In the fourth stage we become a beaver, whose task is to build a dam made of pieces of wood, located on the other side of the river. However, it is not so simple, because in the water alligators are not only melting in addition to us. The fifth level is the domain of gorilla, defending orange stocks from starving monkeys. At the very end of the evolutionary ladder there is a man who uses a laser gun to destroy mutants and save the world from extinction.
All this sounds a bit strange and in reality it is. Searching for any logic in Evolution misses the target - it's all about skillful fingers and not the effort of gray cells. The audiovisual setting is contractual, as is the case with many other products from 1983.
