A futuristic scrolling shooter in anime style. We sit at the helm of a prototype fighter and set off to fight on the side of the technologically advanced Chaldea nation, which defends itself against the assault of the combined states known as Lydia.

The Nation of Chaldea.

A small country whose primary industry is the manufacturing of precision devices, but their success in developing revolutionary artificial intelligence technology brought about dramatic changes. In particular, was Chaldea’s rapid increase in global influence once the AI technology was applied to military usage. Now, Chaldea’s domestic and affiliated powers combined make it the most powerful country in the world.

Chaldea’s sudden rise to power was not widely approved of and numerous enemy factions decried Chaldea’s new standing in the global political stage. The opposing powers joined forces and before long declared themselves a nation: Lydia.

It was only a matter of time until the two countries clashed.

A tense situation continued for a while, but finally, Lydia launched an offensive. Lydia was expected to be the underdog against the much larger Chaldea, but defying the odds, they started destroying Chaldea’s defense net one station after another.

The Lydian army finally reached the doorstep of the Chaldean heartland. At that time, a single craft flew in from the Chaldean coast.
