Classic Japanese RPG, offering a large number of spectacular battles, a thoughtful character development system and numerous subquestures. Playing with time also deserves attention.

Ephemeral Fantasia is a classic representative of the so-called Japanese RPG genre, represented by such series as Dragon Quest or Final Fantasy. The game presented in no clear reference to other productions or anime films. However, it contains a number of elements that may seem familiar to lovers of the genre. The preparation of this game is the responsibility of the Japanese concern Konami. The presented product was initially published only on the Japanese market. Only with a year's delay did it reach the United States and Europe. Ephemeral Fantasia was created solely with the needs of a single player in mind.

In the course of the game we play the role of a woman named Mouse, who is somehow shaped like a role-playing bard in classic role-playing games. This character is equipped with an intelligent Pattimo guitar. The fun begins with a wedding on the island of Pandule, to which the main character was of course invited. After reaching the place, it turns out, however, that the bridegroom (an individual named Xelpherpolis) cast a time spell, simultaneously planning to suck the life forces from all these creatures, which appeared at the ceremony. As you can easily guess, the player's goal is to stop the above mentioned individual. The right decisions must be taken to this end. Interestingly, as a result of the spell, some days are repeated, however, giving the possibility to perform other activities. Sometimes it also happens that some places can be reached only at a specific moment of the game. This forces the player to carefully observe the events taking place in his environment.
