Game mechanics

We start the game from creating our own character, determining his ethnic background and past. Then we go to a hideout which serves as a base, where we choose missions to complete. Tasks are varied - we execute contract killings, carry out assaults and kidnappings and attack rivals' territories.

Missions have a gunfighting character. The player can use a rich arsenal of weapons, which can be modified to a large extent, and the game is varied by the shield system. Along with the progress in the game we unlock new abilities and improvements in several character classes, each of which has a unique development tree.

Successful missions also bring us money and increase the status of our gang. All this allows us to improve our base and unlocks access to more dangerous tasks.

Game modes

Enemy of the State offers both single player and multiplayer modes. In multiplayer we can play in co-op missions and compete with other people in PvP clashes. The game also allows to create online syndicates and compete with other such groups from around the world.

Technical aspects

Enemy of the State features eye-catching 3D graphics. The authors focused on highly stylized designs, combining noir atmosphere with art deco architecture, and all this was shown in a slightly exaggerated, cartoonish form.
