Endless Ocean Luminous is the third installment of a series of adventure-simulation games launched in 2007, allowing us to play the role of a scuba diver. The game was developed by Arika studio, which has been overseeing the development of the series from the beginning.

Plot

The action of Endless Ocean Luminous is set in the so-called Veiled Sea. It's a fictional, unexplored region of the South Pacific. During the game, we take control of a diver and our task is to explore the depths and document the creatures inhabiting it.

Mechanics

In Endless Ocean Luminous we watch the action from a third-person perspective (TPP). The game provides us with a vast, underwater world that is procedurally generated. Every start of a journey into the depths results in the creation of a new territory.

While traversing it, we encounter various beings. Among over 500 creatures, we will find both the real ones that can currently be encountered in seas and oceans, as well as legendary creatures and those considered extinct (like Mosasaurs). In addition, there are ruins of ancient buildings and shipwrecks waiting to be discovered.

Game modes

Endless Ocean Luminous can be played alone or in multiplayer mode for up to 30 people. Players can share their discoveries with each other and communicate using gestures.
