Mechanics
The Warpath adds a more detailed North American map and introduces five Native American tribes: the Iroquois, Plains Nations, Pueblo, Cherokee and Huron. They fight their enemies in the eponymous campaign, which you can play on your own on in the multiplayer mode. The introduction of the tribes allowed for the inclusion of eighteen new technology types, which reference their culture (e.g. Spirit Medicine, Call of the Wild or Dreamwalking).
The game also features new elite units for every tribe, such as Mohawk Elite Warriors, Cheyenne Dog Soldiers or Navajo Scout Warriors) and special agent units, the Shaman and the Scout.
