Adaptation of a popular dice game based on the literary work of H.P. Lovecraft. The player directs the actions of a group of several heroes who try to prevent the arrival of Azathoth, the most dangerous of the Great Ages, to Earth. The game was produced by Fantasy Flight Games.

Elder Sign: Omens is an adaptation of the popular board game Elder Sign (in Poland known as the Sign of Older Gods) by Richard Launius and Kevin Wilson. The production was created by Fantasy Flight Games and is based on the motifs of H.P. Lovecraft's literary work.

The world stands on the verge of annihilation. Azathoth, the most dangerous of the Great Ages, is about to wake up and come to Earth. The approaching end of human civilisation can only be halted by a group of troublemakers, who do not lack the courage to venture into a secluded museum, where myth-related artefacts have been collected.

The creators of the game tried to remain faithful to the mechanics of the board game and the atmosphere of Lovecraft's short stories. The player's goal is to collect 14 characters of older gods to prevent the arrival of Azathoth. The loss occurs automatically when the loss marker counter reaches 14 due to failure.
