Refreshed, numbered 2000 version of the old hit Dune 2. Again, we can embody in the main commander of one of the three big houses and fight great battles on the surface of the planet Arrakis.

Dune 2000 is a renewed version of the strategic hit of Dune 2 years ago, which is considered to be the first representative of the RTS species. As in the original, the action was set in the reality of Frank Herbert's bestsseller "Dune". Three great families: the noble Atrides, the cruel Harkonens and the mysterious Ordosi fight a deadly battle for Arrakis, the key to power in the entire universe.

The main improvements to this version of the game include the introduction of a new 16-bit layout, 27 updated and improved missions, the introduction of multiplayer options, an intuitive interface, new movie inserts, two new units (a soldier with a rocket launcher and only available in Multiplayer man with a Red Deceiver) and improvements to the control functions of allies, such as Fremen or Sabotage players, which could not be controlled in the basic version of the game.
